Liability Release Form * In exchange for participation in the activity of riding of an electronic ride on car provided by Wow Wheelz and/or use of property, facilities and services of Wow Wheelz, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Wow Wheelz or the employees/ Representatives or agents of Wow Wheelz. I recognize that there are certain inherent risk associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Wow Wheelz for injury, loss or damage arising out of me or my family members actions on the electronic cars of Wow Wheelz, whether caused by the fault of my own, family members Wow Wheelz or other third parties. I agree to indemnify and defend Wow Wheelz against claims, causes of actions, damages, judgements, cost and experiences, including attorney fees and other litigation cost, which may in anyway arise from my or my family's and third parties use of the ride on cars of Wow Wheelz. I agree to pay for all damages to the ride on cars of Wow Wheelz caused by myself, family members, or third-party participants because of negligence, reckless or willful actions. Please be advised that photographs and videos are being taken in this location and part of this experience for WOW Wheelz website, marketing materials, publications, media and press. By entering this location and participating you consent to WOW Wheelz photographing, videographing and using your image and likeness for how we seem fit with or without edits and creative freedom. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation with Wow Wheelz will be resolved under Washington, DC Law. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign the agreement and that I have given reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review counsel this agreement if I so desire. I further agree and acknowledge that Wow Wheelz has offered to refund any fees I have paid to the facilities if I choose not to sign this agreement. This agreement and each of its terms is the product of an arm's length negotiation between the parties. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this agreement or any of its provisions, the parties and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretations.
